Please note shipping prices are not inclusive of duties, customs, and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur, as these are directly imposed by your local customs authority. REFUSED/UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is refused or not collected from a postal outlet within the required timeframe, it will be returned to sender.
Once the return has been received, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Please note that all reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you no longer wish to have your order reshipped, a store credit may be issued upon request. This will be processed at the value of your order, excluding:
- original shipping costs
- return shipping fees
-any duties or taxes incurred
- a 5% restocking fee
We are unable to offer refunds for refused or unclaimed shipments.
