Refund policy

 

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order for a store credit valid for 1 year.  

 

If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at hello@cmntygrdn.com

 

Refunds are only issued when the garment is deemed faulty.  

 

PLEASE NOTE: All items must be returned in their original condition in the original packing, with any tags or hygiene stickers still attached.  Your item must not be worn or washed, and have no visible signs of damage or wear (pulls, stains, odour, etc).  Please take care when trying on garments to avoid makeup or fake tan marks. 

 

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please include tracking and insurance to ensure your item is safe.  CMNTY GRDN is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items are final sale. 

 

FAULTY ITEMS

Any faulty or defective items will be replaced.  Unless that item is no longer in stock, then a full refund will be provided.  If you have received an item that you believe to be faulty please get in contact via email at hello@cmntygrdn.com with your order number and a photo of the fault.  In the event of a faulty item, return shipping will be covered by CMNTY GRDN.
